I haven’t! I think I have a bit of ptsd about video. I used to do a weekly You Tube segment, and twice weekly IG segments. It’s a boatload of work, and I’m not sure it’s worth the effort.
I hear you. The same with my IG videos. I honestly loved the creative process but the effort and editing were like jumping down the rabbit hole of time

Fascinating! I have never fried scamorza before, but I can't see how that could be anything but fabulous! Adding it to the to-do/to-try list.
