I've been a vegetarian for over 10 years, if you ask me to cook meat, I'm a fish out of water. However, when I use a thermometer, perfectly cooked every time!

My restaurant supply store in NYC sells quart containers by like the 20 pack which is way more manageable. Maybe stores have started to sell by smaller quantities since non chef people shop there more and more?

When I say "my" i meant the one I go to lolol. But I found smaller packs of quart containers at Win Restaurant Supplies at Lafayette and Houston.
