It is!! Honestly, I’m going through a jar a week. There are a million brands out there, I linked to the one I like the best, but I have doubt you’ll be able to find a reasonable facsimile 🌶️

Bomba sauce sounds amazing! I used Calabrian chiles for the first time this week, so I'm all in here. Sadly, I couldn't find the chile *paste* that the recipe called for, so I have a feeling I'll have to do some digging for this one too...but it sounds like it's worth it.
