Crispy prosciutto, salami, chorizo, pepperoni...Yes, Yes, Yes! I'm weird and don't like prosciutto raw so we crisp it up in the air fryer and throw it into salads all the time. It's much better than bacon since it's always crispy.

And the cleaning tip was great. I've been wondering how to get the garlic/onion smells out of my cutting board.

💙 my wooden boards and I order the oil for them from Grove. H2O2 is good stuff! Also, finished my 3rd Kristin Hannah book- The Women- and loved it! Also loved The Nightingale! Great post today!

I just bookmarked this for 2 reasons: wooden cutting board cleaner recipe and how to toast up chorizo chips from the chorizo I brought from Malaga. I was going to make chorizo risotto which is mindblowingly delicious but now you've got me thinking chips! x
