I think double double might be a Canadianism? It’s a coffee order with two sugar, two cream, and was “invented” at Tim Horton’s, but I think been adapted for all coffee shops.
Brilliant tips as always, and as someone who has begged literally everyone I know to give me a cocktail shaker for Christmas, birthday, random times when I quite clearly need a present, and who has spent the last 40 years in urgent need of one, the mason-jar tip is actually lifesaving.
